We also offer technical support, software maintenance, and ongoing innovation consulting to ensure our clients’ systems remain scalable, secure, and user-friendly

  • You acknowledge that late or failed payments may result in service disruption or termination

Custom contracts may carry additional terms regarding payment schedules, milestones, and late fees.

Client-Specific Projects

For custom development or consulting, project scope, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Any scope changes must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional costs.

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and required assets to avoid project delays.

You agree not to engage in activities that:

Support and Maintenance

We offer technical support for all active projects and service agreements. Support channels and response times will be detailed in your contract or service level agreement (SLA). For subscription products, ongoing updates and feature improvements are included unless otherwise stated.

Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect our platform.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our content or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softforge Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the services provided by Softforge Innovation shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
